Starving: yes or no?

Hello everybody, im here with a new experience and tips for you all ! Today my blog  is about fasting/starvation pluses and minuses. Have you tried that? The most common issues ? Is the fasting beneficial and is it harmful? Today I will try to look at this closer  :)
Many of you believe that drastical methods of losing weight are the best, way faster results . The dream of the perfect shape, the new jeans or one the size smaller dress can make us to do anything. But is it healthy?



We free ourselves through fasting - not only to get rid of some fat, but also  spiritual ballast. When the body does not get fat, carbohydrate and protein digestion reposes, metabolism reform itself. We get rid of the accumulated toxic substances. Strengthens the nervous system, the body regain balance.



After all, the most important reason why most of the people start to starve is expectation to lose some weight. However, if after a break you eat in the same way as before, lost kilos quickly returns because the metabolism slows down. Therefore, it is important to change your diet after fasting. Weight gain after prolonged fasting on the day when the return to normal diet, is a normal thing, because the intestines are filled again. So do not get crazy after a day of fasting when your weight going to grow up a bit.

Cleansing fasting

Day 1. Readiness

Day 2. The first day of fasting

M.Buchinger method
Fasting drinking tea and juice - the most popular method. It works best if you're going to starve yourself, without consultation with your doctor.

Oats decoction method
People with a sensitive stomach, can starve or oat drink a decoction of linseed. It protects the stomach lining.
F.Mayro method
Initially, only a couple of days taken tea. Later, you should consume milk and muffins. At discharge the body during intense learning to chew, that person could change eating habits.

Fasting drinking water
This is the most severe form of fasting. During denied any calories, which can be obtained from the juice of fruits and vegetables. Allowed only 1.5-3 liters of mineral water a day.
